  Service was painfully slow, and there were not many people there. The food was decent, but it took forever. The renovation is nice.

  From the outside it appears like the restaurant is on an deserted parking lot!
  We visited Perkins on an early Saturday afternoon! It looked empty so we thought to get faster service. Inside, nobody appeared to be there. The only person played with his phone! We decided to get to our place and wait for someone to show up! After 10 minutes of no sign of anyone coming, my daughter got to the front desk and said that we were waiting since 20 minutes. Then, finally, after 10 more minutes, the server showed up.We were not only hungry but very annoyed. Gave it 3 stars for the pies and muffins in the bakery section.

  Horrible experience. We sat down at 9:30PM and had to wait a good ten minutes just to order our drinks. Didn't get to order out food until 10PM, and it took more than 30 mins for the food to arrive. The waitress screwed up my order and was almost arguing with me about it. Finally she brings us 1 check -to share between three couples - and tells us "we close in three minutes". Rudest service ever. Will never go back.
